Help with team against E4 (Fire red)

Well, I'm planning out my team (using already owned pokemon) for E4 on fire red, and even though I neither EV train or care much for natures (I'll still post the natures), I'm more into the type coverage and moveset. Oh, and I know I realy need more than just sweepers.
Note: Don't hesitate to change the moveset as even though I'm using pokemon I have already been training, I can still change the movesets (therefore the levels will not be shown).

Blastoise @leftovers (maybe)

You can't really be helped before the E4 imo.
Just train up to high levels.

Try to get back Quick Attack for Flareon. With massive attack, it's sure to do alot of damage. Other than that, listen to what ALTOCHARIZARD55 said.

Thanks everyone (especially with the moveset), and maybe I'm over estimating E4, but I felt like making a decent team through the game (and I usually am a person who over-trains their starters, so I need something to do in the game).

Quick Attack over Bite on Flareon. Shadow Ball over Flamethrower.
Ignore ALTOCHARIZARD55.

Rock Slide over Rock Tomb on Dugtrio, Aerial Ace over Magnitude, and get a filler move.
