U-turn is pretty much the only thing that sets it apart from Salamence besides STAB Earthquake, so it's an option. Quite nice with Choice Band, and extremely useful for scouting.

Extrasensory and Leaf Storm is possible if you breed a female Roselia/Roserade holding Rose Incense with a male Shiftry that knows both moves. Weather Ball is an interesting option for Roserade but since your team clearly isn't weather-oriented, it's not preferable.

Magmar? Surely you mean Magmortar:

~ Will-O-Wisp / Substitute
~ Focus Blast / Focus Punch

Use Substitute only with Focus Punch, obviously. I'm not too good with specific EV spreads, but I'd say to max special attack and toss the rest into Speed and HP.

Lax Nature (+Def, -Sp. Def)
EV's: 100 HP // 252 Def // 152 Sp. Atk
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Explosion
~ Iron Defense / Return

Blah I suck at EV's. Ingame you won't ever need Spikes or Rapid Spin. However, if you plan on using this team on Wi-Fi, I'd recommend both of those moves.

Actually, its not a typo. I chose Magmar since it has higher speed or is MAgmortar really better?.....

Magmortar has higher Attack and Sp.Attack.... so you should use it... It also learns more moves. *coughTHUNDERBOLTcough*

The trouble with the above set is that Cloyser has 3 Ice moves and one Water move. It needs to be more diverse so as not to be completely walled by water Pokemon. And, the nature is Modest yet 3 of the moves are physical.

Ummm huh? Always invest evs in HP first on shuckle. Thunder is useless and Shuckle isn't the best set up for Reflect/light screen.
