4 Island?

How do I get to 4 island? I've been to 1, 2 & 3 island, but theres no way around, do I need to beat the elite 4 or something?l

After beating the Elte Four, go back to 1 Island and talk to Celio. He will send you on a mission to collect the Ruby and Sapphire. These are on differebt islands. He also gives you a Rainbow Ticket to go to these islands.

After finding both gems, head back to Celio and you will now be able to trade to other games!

There you have it; your next mission!
