how do you delete a saved game?
i mean a saved file how do you totally delete it?
Im sorry if it doesnt belong here

Just start a new one after you turned on the game, and pressed start at the title screen

Then you dont, unless it's a fake Emerald and you beat the E4 it deletes itself

I could have sworn there was a specific button combination for deleting a saved game without starting a new one, but I can't remember what it was, so I'm leaving this open in case someone else knows.

Up+Select+B during the title screen. That wipes out everything and sets the game back to the factory defaults.
