Please give me a more in-depth region of what part of the safari zone to find him. The only thing I know is that he is in there somewhere lol. This is probably spam and I will delete it when the question is answered. The only reason I am asking this is because the safari zone is pretty large.

Yeah, use the acro-bike, and go up... It's kinda like at the middle in the top. He is rare, so don't leave, and use the least steps you can. Try to stay in one spot. Hope I helped. =)

Heracross is located in the grasses in the part of the Safari zone you need an Acro Bike for.
