Hey im kinda new to "EV's" I understand them but i was wondering something. Okay here is the thing, i have a level 73 Milotic and i want to max out his special attack. I have given him the macho brace and i am prepaired to beat 123 spinda's in a row. However i was wondering can i still max out my special attack usng EV's because my Melotic is at level 73?

I'm thinking that if it's Lv73, it finished EV training a long time ago, and it'd be useless now. Giving it the Macho Brace would just slow it down with nothing in return.
