Was it on either Face-off, Clubs, or Games where you're trying to start the thread? If so, that's the problem. Threads created on those three forums require moderator approval before appearing.

You have to read the rules of each section first. You will probably figure out why your thread isn't being approved. There are usually specific reasons somewhere within the rules, especially in the games and D/P sections.

It requiers three forum moderators to approve it if it is in Club.
