Ok so im also new here... but ive been here for a quite a while, just not registered so a/w a trainer card is an image you can use on your sig, its a replica of what you get when you battle the Elite 4. Basically its just an image of "you" (it can be an image also called sprite, of any character in the game) with your 6 favorite pokemon, or the ones you are currently using, it has a background and some badges. Hope this helps... you can always click Russian May's banner for more info, she has some good stuff... laters!
