Can anyone tell me how to put Hp Grass on my ;172; Pichu?

Hidden Power on Pichu

You have to have a pichu that knows Hidden power first. The the easiest way is to battle a kecleon... it will change its type to whatever type HP you have. If it is not what you want you will have to rebreed another pichu.... there is no way to change HP on a pokemon because it is set by its IVs (hidden numbers that determine its final stats). HP ice is usually prefered on electric types but HP grass can work too as well as HP water.

well, wobbufett can't learn Hp. it can't learn any tms so you are wrong about that....

My advice: avoid HP based movesets, its almost impossible to get a pokemon with the desired HP, nature and ivs. Belive me

No they cant. HP's power is pre-set by the total number of the pokemons iv's
you have to breed/find one with a suitable HP.
good luck getting a 'dark' one as it needs near perfect iv's.
