Hidden Power question

say if i use it on a marill and the iv equals ten, say if its stats change will the hidden power change or will it always stay the same type, the type that was chosen when i first used the tm

The type will remain the same it all depends on the ivs.

If you catch an new kadabra it will be an other hp ofcourse...
I think you cant change Iv's

Teach Electricke Hidden power....
Then breed little electricks and try every single electrick his hidden power..
thats what i do
or you could calculate the iv's on the main site
Edit:My manectric has Hp;Ice Works just as well

IV's will not change. They stay the same throughout the pokemon's entire life. So, hidden power will always be the same on that pokmeon. If you catch a different pokemon of the same species, then it willhave different IV's and thus a different hidden power.
