Hidden Power

Just checking... Is hidden power set at the moment the pokemon hatches/is caught? So whatever level it is, will the type always be the same, or does it change with the level?

what the hell, EVs do not influence IVs at all. IVs(and Hidden Power as well, obviously) are set in stone from the moment you catch/hatch/recieve the pokemon.

The Hidden Power type is set form the moment you catch or hatch your pokémon. Leveling up does not affect it at all.
