Do you beleive that there are still things that people dont
know about in fr/lg.

like secrets that nintendo put in the game and knowone
knows about.

Thats a totally different story though. But yeah, maybe. But I would have found them out already cause I'm smart like that. OH! I know! There is a cave of origin in FR/LG! Cause in my guide book it says you can catch pokemon like Milktank in the Cave of Origin. So it is somewhere in FR/LG. Not 100% sure though, it just says it in my guide book. A new mystery!

there probably isnt because so many people do play the game. plus, people found missingno in r/b/y and should be like, the last thing someone should find but everyone did.

its not a secret. it is probably just a stinken town, why would someone say that people found out the lavender town thing when there isnt anything. there probably isnt anymore secrets in the game.

It's called Altering cave and it's shaped like mew
Sorry to break it to ya though but you don't catch miltank there
It's down the path from 6 island but all you get is zubat
The reason your guide says you can get miltank there is because several johto pokemon are programmed there but...... they need a "key" to unlock them
Said "key" is unknown because it was never made. It supposedly is unlocked by a wonderspot device but none have been done that way.
and there aren't too many secrets left because people can decompile the game and look at the coding of the game to see what is where.
The only real secrets to most games are reappearing item spots that are in a way a sort of glitch that causes some itemfinder hidden items to reappear after a day or so

In Lavender Town in FR and LG the old man's house. The man that you save from team rocket in the tower. In the house house theres like a book thing that has an application of something. What's that about?

Darn....I knew about the altering cave already, but I didn't know that it was just a misprint. Oh well.

No, only Kanto towns and the sevii islands can be acsessed in FR/LG. And theres the Truck. It exists, but in RBY peoples tricked others into thinking you could use STRENGTH on the truck and a pokeball with mew was there. And people were tricked into thinking you could get the keys from the Celadon Casino and drive the thing. Now there is a Lava Cookie with the Itemfinder.

Remember that Fire Red and Leaf Green are REMAKES of the original Red and Green versions. In the original versions, there was a truck found at the water by the S.S. Anne. It doesn't contain Mew, since it's only a piece of beta programming that was left in the game by mistake. (RaZor Leaf said so.)

Since the original games were revamped and turned into Fire Red and Leaf Green, EVERY FEATURE was revamped as well, added to that some extra features added on that were originally not in the game. Since Missingno. and the Mew Truck were parts of the original game, they were revamped and added to the new games as well.

Other than that, no, there are no hidden secrets in Fire Red or Leaf Green.

The secret that some of people didn't see is the place where you get the Lava Cookie, you know, when you trade a pokemon with Cut and don't have any other one with Cut.

This happens in Vermilion City.
