Yeah, What I do here is:

Rules:
1. Do not spam up the thread.
2. Use the forms. If you don’t I will ignore.
3. Do not ask how long it will take me to make your requests, it annoys me.
4. When I give you your request, it would be best to save your image on your computer and upload it to any image hosting sites. I tend to delete images after it sits there for a while. (Try www.imageshack.us, www.photobucket.com, or www.*******.com).
5. I make my images transparent, have no fear. (Not much of a rule… ^^
6. I might only be able to fill in 3 requests a day, but I will put you in the waiting list.
7. You may request up to 2 requests a day. No more than that.
8. If you shall break any of these rules, I won’t fill your request.
9. Give credit to me. I will send you a PM if it isn't done.
** If any examples aren't transparent or is partially transparent, that means it is an old one.

Speed of Glitter: I recommend 0.11. That’s what I usually use.
Font Examples(these are the ones that would be best for a Glitter Text)

Picture: It would be best to put the link so it won’t take me forever to search for it.
Position of Glitter: Where do you want me to put the glitter? If you want the whole image with glitter, just say “Whole image”.
Speed of Glitter: Again, I recommend 0.11.

Box Color:
Box Outline Color:
Box Style: Square, round, or circle. The one in my example is round.
Font Color:
Speed: Okay, this is the only time I won’t recommend 0.11. Choose around 0.2 or over.
Type of Blinkie: Boucing, Blinking, Blinking AND bouncing, or an image that bounces on the boxes (Like the one in my example).
Image to bounce on the boxes: Optional, only for the 3rd choice.
