Hmm, regular website down for me.

I looked in announcements and here and have concluded i'm apparently the only one experiencing that serebii.net is apparently down for me. I'm not running a proxy, my firewall settings haven't changed, no router. I'm not sure what the problem is.

If you have another browser, try using that for awhile.
I'm not really sure why. But I always get a "Website can not be found" whenever I use Internet Explorer. (I wonder if it has anything to do with firewall settings, but i really don't want to mess with those.) Everytime I use Mozilla, however, it works just fine.
