Ho-oh burned tower theory expanded?

So we all know that theory about how the 3 Pokemon in the burned tower that became the legendaries were originally the gen 1 eeveelutions right? Heck Pokemon go even alluded to this by having them be the rewards for the shadow Ho-Oh event for beating the rocket bosses. Well here's a thought, what if in addition to Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon the other eeveelutions got resurrected by Ho-oh as well? Yes I realize that the 3 types symbolize the fire that took place, use your imagination to come up with an excuse for a dark, psychic, grass, ice and fairy type legendary to be related to them. Also if anyone's ever come up with fan art of this idea, do tell. The lightning struck while it was night, the rainfall that put out the fire ceased right as the morning sun came out. That could be used to explain Umbreon and Espeon's counterparts.

Eh, ragazzo!
Except there is no proof that the original Pokemon that vanquished were Eeveelutions.

Sceptile Leaf Blade

Nighttime Guardian
Just because the original three were supposedly there doesn't really mean the others retroactively also had to have been there. They just weren't there in the event. If that had been the intent they would have written Espeon and Umbreon in the lore as well, they were released with gen 2.

Maybe they can have a 2nd event where Ho-oh returns a 2nd time. Or maybe it happens in a parallel universe where it was 2 Pokemon instead, that's not out of the question here.
Never heard of this theory but it sounds cool.
Look it up, the theory is that Jolteon became Raikou, Vaporeon became Suicune, and Flareon became Entei.

There's no proof they weren't either. Also Pokemon Go hinted at it by having the rewards in the recent Ho-oh task be them.
