Ho-Oh, mainly because it appeared in the very first episode and I was fascinated by it because I had no idea what it was, and I wouldn't until Pokemon Gold and Silver came out.

0.o ho-oh hasnt had a movie focused on it yet, however, due to a believed information leak, the next movie is believed to be based on ho-oh and how it resurected the legendary dogs after humans killed em for there power etc.

I would go with Lugia for best defense and sp. attack. Who would want 4x weakness against rock types?

I've always liked Lugia more. The dark circles around Ho-oh's eyes make me think of old, tired rockers who still wear their hair long even though they haven't been rockers for at least 30 years and who are finally having the effects of drug abuse from back in the day finally sink in. They remind me of my uncle Frank... poor guy, depressed, hasn't done anthing in the last 15 years since he broke his jaw. It's really sad.

Ho-oh 2HKOs Lugia with CB Shadow Ball.

I do like Lugia though. A LOT. My vote goes to Ho-oh though. The only Pokemon with a hyphen in its name has to have something going for it.

Lugia creams most things. It it is an amzing sponge, but compare to Ho-Oh lugia sux ballz. Sure Ho-Oh may not be a defencive pokemon but with That much Sp.Defence (Same a Lugia's) You can go wrong. Beside's Sacred Fire has a 50% chance of burn. That can REALLY come in handy.
