Personality: Liam is a confident person. He is uncomfortable around other people, but Enjoys pokemon and they seen attracted to him. He is calm, rarely losing his temper, but when he does, your dead. He tends to think negatively of people when he first meets them. He often tends to stereotype people until he gets to know them, like that ever happens. Extremely stubborn, he rarely admits he's wrong, even when the facts are against him.

History: When Liam was younger, he was a timid person. However, he grew to hate that side of him, and on his 10th birthday he made sure to get a starter pokemon and train it well. He became a fierce trainer, not caring about his pokemon. At 12, he battled and was utterly defeated by a man. The man then yelled at him for letting his childish fears get in the way of his pokemon's health. Liam thanked the man, and whent on to completely change his battle style, and even his out look on life. With his new skills, he became top 2 in the Sinnoh league.

Gliscor was the first pokemon liam had, and one of the few he kept after his transformation.(he released the others) It's a happy-go-lucky pokemon

Hometown: Born in Dewford Island, Hoenn, but moved to Goldenrod City, Johto at a very young age. He is more connected with that city then Dewford Island.

Eye color: Deep Blue
General: Jay stands at about 5’7”, and carries himself tall and proud, almost never sagging his shoulders, even if he’s been defeated. From living in the Island Heat for a good chunk of his childhood, Jayden has tanned skin, which seems to take the shade of the dark sand you find when its mixed with clay. His build is fairly muscular, though, not incredibly noticeable through his clothing.
Hair: Originally blonde, however, it has been dyed black. Jay’s hair seems to never stay flat, always spiking up in every-which way no matter how many times he runs a comb through it. Because of this annoying factor, Jay keeps his hair short so that strands won’t fall in his face.
Clothing: On a normal day, Jay wears very light clothing: standard red gym shorts, a rather plain black t-shirt with a grey-rimmed collar, and waterproof black sandals for the beach. However in colder weather, Jay’s apparel changes somewhat. He still wears a black t-shirt, only now it’s been covered by a long, white, trench coat, and instead of red shorts, he has a pair of dark brown (almost black) pants that go down to just above his ankles.
Accessories/Other: On his left ankle, one can see a tattoo of a hazard sign, which Jay got for sentimental reasons. The symbol is mostly black, with red outlines that almost make the tattoo appear as if it is glowing. Jayden occasionally puts on a pair of blue-rimmed sun goggles, but most of the time they can be seen hanging around his neck. Jay also always carries a small bag with him, full with his Pokeballs, berries, snacks, and whatever else he may find useful on his travels.

Personality: At eighteen years old, Jay is mature for his age, though unlike those his age, he tends to prefer to be alone rather than in the company of others. Why? Well, the biggest reason is his “mistrust” of people, which could easily be replaced with the word “paranoia”. Jay’s reasons being so paranoid reach past just the traumatic events in his past: Jayden always feels that people are out to backstab him, even if they do have his best interest at heart. Because of this, Jayden tends to be on the move (to avoid people) more than at his hometown (though he technically owns an apartment in Goldenrod). That aside, Jay is very clever about hiding his paranoia, and always thinks situations through before deciding on what he should do regarding people, or in Pokemon battles.
Jayden’s face is nearly always set in a straight line, only smiling or frowning when the time calls for it. In battle, Jay is the sort of type that seems to never be shaken, no matter how hard a hit his own team takes. Many people have mistaken him to be a heartless Pokemon trainer, from observing the way he orders them about, but in truth, Jay and his Pokemon share a deep connection, and treat each other as partners, and more importantly, like family. When actually battling, Jay’s personality becomes much more vibrant, mostly because he knows he’s good at it, but he also knows that getting too cocky will one day be his downfall.

History: Jayden was born on Dewford Island, and lived there with his family until he turned eight. It was then that his family sent Jay to a boarding school, all the way in Johto. The boarding school was indeed, a Pokemon training school for kids before they turned ten. Jayden, being the perceptive genius he was, and still is, aced the school with no problems, even doing further research that his teachers couldn’t even comprehend.
At last, the day came where Jay turned ten, however, he was unsure of which Pokemon to take with him on his Journey. He ended up traveling home first, deciding to take a break and think about his path before he actually started his journey. It was then that Jayden met with his soon to be first Pokemon, a Tailow. Together, him and his first Pokemon took the Gym Challenge, meeting new Pokemon on the way and adding them to the team.
Eventually, Jayden had obtained all eight badges, and went on to challenge the Hoenn League. With his sights set high, Jay went in completely over confident, clouding his usual judgment. This quickly became his downfall, and Jay was defeated. Crushed, Jayden decided that normal battling was not for him, and so, he went to Sinnoh to try out Contest Battling. He quickly found that he liked the planning that went into each appeal, and how each contest battle put him in a race against time. It was more thought provoking then the normal style. It was then that an idea struck him: he could always use these tactics in battle, Contest or not.
With that thought in mind, Jay left Sinnoh before the Grand Festival could take place to challenge the Johto League. After doing quite well there, Jayden went onto Kanto, and then back to his roots in Hoenn for Contests once again.
It was right after the Grand Festival when he got an invitation about the tournament for the new Hoenn Battle Frontier. Jayden immediately jumped at the chance, training his Pokemon into top condition for the competition that would follow four days from now….

Starter Pokémon: Tailow - Swellow
History/Personality: Jayden first met his Swellow as a Tailow when a group of them stopped on the island to rest on their long migration. One year, the flock left behind a very frail Tailow, a runt if you will. Jay, feeling sorry for the creature, took it to the Pokemon Center in Dewford so it could be nursed back to health. It took quite a while, but the Tailow survived. At first, it was determined to find its flock, but Jay explained that they’d left her behind when they thought she was a goner. Dejected and depressed, the Tailow had no choice but to stick around Dewford Island until they returned to come back to Hoenn. During this time, Tailow and Jay grew close and rather inseparable. Tailow even started to share many of the same thoughts and emotions as Jay. Eventually, the flock came back and saw that Tailow had survived. They invited her to rejoin, but Tailow declined, deciding that she would rather stay at Jayden’s side. It was much later that Tailow evolved into a Swellow. It was in an intense battle in the Hoenn League. Unfortunately, despite the evolution, Swellow still lost, deciding the battle and bringing Jay’s Hoenn reign to a close. Since then, Swellow has been more determined then ever to not let Jay down, even outdoing its own limits and hurting itself during battles unintentionally. Because of this, Swellow has mastery over several unusual attacks, and has become a vital part of Jay’s team.

Pokemon 2: Egg-Eevee-Umbreon
History/Personality: Since Umbreon has been with her trainer since birth, many of Jay’s traits washed off onto her, including the slight paranoia. Umbreon is quick to think that someone may be out to get her, or worse, her trainer. Because of this, Umbreon pretty much demands to be out of her Pokeball at all times, to keep an eye on things. However, the Pokemon and trainer have a few differences in personality, and the biggest one being that Umbreon is a lot, well, louder than Jay is. She is quick to irritate, and often snaps at other Pokemon, and even people despite the fact that they cannot understand her. Umbreon was first obtained as an egg, and later hatched as Jay’s second Pokemon. While she was an Eevee, she struggled with battles, especially when she was first learning. Thankfully, Jay was patient with her, and they slowly grew stronger together, as partners.
Moves: Confuse Ray, Faint Attack, Iron Tail, Sucker Punch, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Protect, Shadow Ball
Pokemon 3: Zubat-Golbat-Crobat
History/Personality: Unlike some of the other Pokemon in Jay’s team, Crobat is quite headstrong, and will charge straight into battle with confidence, even when it is at a disadvantage. Despite his confidence, Crobat is also a perfectionist, and will not use an attack unless he is sure he can pull it off. This becomes an issue when Crobat is being used in battles, but usually after a few quick scolding’s from Jay, it will follow through. When it is not battling, Crobat likes to play practical jokes on Jay and his other Pokemon. He often tries to get others to participate in his games, though Crobat is usually on his own when it comes to these things. Crobat was caught early on in Jay’s journey as a Zubat when exploring one of Hoenn’s many caves.

Pokemon 4: Growlithe
History/Personality: Growlithe is the most aloof out of Jay's Pokemon, and also the newest member to the team. Why? Well, Growlithe originally belonged to another trainer, however, his trainer was brutally murdered in a case the local police were trying to solve. Growlithe was later found by Jayden when he was passing by a police facility, and saw the Growlithe training. This particular Growlithe was refusing to follow orders, due to all the trauma it suffered. Jayden observed the Pokemon for a while, and then offered to try and train it with the promise that he would give it back to the Police later. Since then, Growlithe has grown quite a bit, and has turned into a vital part of Jay’s team.
Moves: Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Fire Blitz, Agility, Roar, Crunch, Iron Tail, Endure
Pokemon 5: Vibrara-Flygon
History/Personality: Flygon is the kindhearted one of the group, often acting as a sort of "older sibling" to the others (though this usually only applies to Growlithe). Don't let that make you take her lightly though; Flygon is extremely fond of battling, and has some powerful moves at her disposal. That said, Flygon is a rather delicate Pokemon, and is quick to fall against fast, hard-hitters. Flygon is also happy to carry her trainer to distant places on its polygonal wings, which also has given it high stamina over the years. Once in a while, Flygon will join Crobat in a prank or two. Flygon was found by Jayden as a Vibrara when he was traveling in the desert in Hoenn.
Moves: Sonicboom, Sandstorm, Dragon Claw, Dragonbreath, Thunderpunch, Earth Power, Screech, Heat Wave
Pokemon 6: Electrike-Manectric
History/Personality: Manectric tends to be the most big-headed of the group, thinking that it always can out-due everyone else. Unfortunately, when push comes to shove, Manectric is mostly all talk, and could hardly be considered a bigger threat then anyone else on the team. That said, Manectric will try its hardest in battle, having a willpower like no other. It's this head-on, confident attitude that first caught Jayden's attention when he found the Pokemon as a Electrike, battling a horde of other electric types that had ganged up on it. Unfortunately, Electrike had lost that day, but was quickly snatched up by Jay and has since become a vital part of his team.
Moves: Fire Fang, Thunder Wave, Discharge, Magnet Rise, Spark, Quick Attack, Light Screen, Shock Wave

Type of Trainer: His style doesn’t really have a “name” but it uses the element of surprise quite a bit to “control his opponents’ strings”. Jay tends to favor speedy Pokemon though.

Accomplishments: Obtained eight badges in: Hoenn, Johto, and Kanto. Participated and lost in: Hoenn League (Twice. First time lost in prelims. Second time in Semifinals), Johto League (Lost in Semifinals), Kanto League (Lost in Semifinals). Has obtained contest ribbons in: Sinnoh and Hoenn. Participated in: Hoenn Grand Festival (lost in finals).
Goals: To win a League and Eventually Challenge an Elite Four.

Name of Facility: Mannequin Mansion
Symbol: Incisive Symbol.
Rules of Facility: To even challenge the “Master Of Puppets” one must scale his entire mansion, which is a mess of mazes, dark hallways, and doors. In each door is a trainer that portrays one of Jay’s strategies. The idea? Well, you can challenge all the trainers and learn Jay’s entire strategy… at the cost of your Pokemon’s strength, or barge straight to the top and wing it with Jayden. Battle rules very between challengers, as Jay changes his strategies daily. He does everything from “Contest Style” battles to normal, "One on One" battles.
Location of Facility: Mossdeep City
And thus brings my sign up to a close. I kept the sentimental stuff about Jay's tattoo and his reasons for being so paranoid out of the history on purpose in case he has to explain himself in the RPG at all. Then I can surprise people. XD.

They invited her to rejoin, but Tailow declined, deciding that she would rather stay at Jayden’s side. It was much later that Tailow evolved into a Swellow. It was in an intense battle in the Hoenn League. Unfortunately, despite the evolution, Swellow still lost, deciding the battle and bringing Jay’s Hoenn reign to a close. Since then, Swellow has been more determined then ever to not let Jay down, even outdoing its own limits and hurting itself during battles unintentionally. Because of this, Swellow has mastery over several unusual attacks, and has become a vital part of Jay’s team.

Pokemon 2: Egg-Eevee-Umbreon
History/Personality: Since Umbreon has been with her trainer since birth, many of Jay’s traits washed off onto her, including the slight paranoia. Umbreon is quick to think that someone may be out to get her, or worse, her trainer. Because of this, Umbreon pretty much demands to be out of her Pokeball at all times, to keep an eye on things. However, the Pokemon and trainer have a few differences in personality, and the biggest one being that Umbreon is a lot, well, louder than Jay is. She is quick to irritate, and often snaps at other Pokemon, and even people despite the fact that they cannot understand her. Umbreon was first obtained as an egg, and later hatched as Jay’s second Pokemon. While she was an Eevee, she struggled with battles, especially when she was first learning. Thankfully, Jay was patient with her, and they slowly grew stronger together, as partners.

Pokemon 3: Zubat-Golbat-Crobat
History/Personality: Unlike some of the other Pokemon in Jay’s team, Crobat is quite headstrong, and will charge straight into battle with confidence, even when it is at a disadvantage. Despite his confidence, Crobat is also a perfectionist, and will not use an attack unless he is sure he can pull it off. This becomes an issue when Crobat is being used in battles, but usually after a few quick scolding’s from Jay, it will follow through. When it is not battling, Crobat likes to play practical jokes on Jay and his other Pokemon. He often tries to get others to participate in his games, though Crobat is usually on his own when it comes to these things. Crobat was caught early on in Jay’s journey as a Zubat when exploring one of Hoenn’s many caves.

Pokemon 4: Growlithe
History/Personality: Growlithe is the most aloof out of Jay's Pokemon, and also the newest member to the team. Why? Well, Growlithe originally belonged to another trainer, however, his trainer was brutally murdered in a case the local police were trying to solve. Growlithe was later found by Jayden when he was passing by a police facility, and saw the Growlithe training. This particular Growlithe was refusing to follow orders, due to all the trauma it suffered. Jayden observed the Pokemon for a while, and then offered to try and train it with the promise that he would give it back to the Police later. Since then, Growlithe has grown quite a bit, and has turned into a vital part of Jay’s team.

Pokemon 5: Vibrara-Flygon
History/Personality: Flygon is the kindhearted one of the group, often acting as a sort of "older sibling" to the others (though this usually only applies to Growlithe). Don't let that make you take her lightly though; Flygon is extremely fond of battling, and has some powerful moves at her disposal. That said, Flygon is a rather delicate Pokemon, and is quick to fall against fast, hard-hitters. Flygon is also happy to carry her trainer to distant places on its polygonal wings, which also has given it high stamina over the years. Once in a while, Flygon will join Crobat in a prank or two. Flygon was found by Jayden as a Vibrara when he was traveling in the desert in Hoenn.

History/Personality: Manectric tends to be the most big-headed of the group, thinking that it always can out-due everyone else. That said, Manectric will try its hardest in battle, having a willpower like no other. It's this head-on, confident attitude that first caught Jayden's attention when he found the Pokemon as a Electrike, battling a horde of other electric types that had ganged up on it. Unfortunately, Electrike had lost that day, but was quickly snatched up by Jay and has since become a vital part of his team.

In each door is a trainer that portrays one of Jay’s strategies. The idea? Well, you can challenge all the trainers and learn Jay’s entire strategy… at the cost of your Pokemon’s strength, or barge straight to the top and wing it with Jayden. Battle rules very between challengers, as Jay changes his strategies daily. He does everything from “Contest Style” battles to normal, "One on One" battles.

She generally wears her hair up, but in a contest lets it hang loose. Sandra ventured all over Hoenn, defeating gym leaders as she went, and eventually found the Contest hall in Hoenn and won several ribbons there. She also learnt about contest hall in Sinnoh, Hearthrome, even grater than the one in Hoenn. Of course, she went there as well and learnt new techniques for battling, contests and all sorts. On the way back, she had a look in Johto and caught several Pokemon, but eventually, she came back to Hoenn and is now just at home perfecting her techniques.

Being with Sandra the longest, Swampert is naturally the closest to her. It is very protective and territorial, showing its best in battles rather than contest. He tends to show how bulky he is, but still has a soft spot for Sandra and her dad. He was received as an egg from Sandra’s father’s day care, and was with her from the beginning.

Sandra rescued Mr. B from a group of ravenous Beedrill deep in Petalburg woods. Being young and defenceless, it clung onto Sandra for help, but she released it by the sea. She walked off but it followed her all the way back, so she decided to look after it. After evolving into a Ludicolo, it liked to dance about generally be a pain. He was very care free and generally relied on luck to carry on, but in contests, you didn’t really need luck, so he just listened to Sandra and did his best for her as a thank you for rescuing it. Even Sandra can’t remember why she called him Mr. B, but he seemed to like the name, so she left it.

Also caught in Hoenn by the entrance of a cave, Sandra admired Kimi’s beauty and funny tricks. She likes to show off, tell everyone how beautiful she is and being a ghost type, Kimi also likes to pull pranks on other Pokémon. Due to this, not many like her, but she can battle quite well and saved the team several times, which is why they put up with her. Having a similar personality with Mystic, they usually end up in a fight, but Sandra has a soft spot for them and lets them get away with.

Mystic is the quite sort of dragon, generally keeping her head low and avoiding trouble most of the time. She has a vast knowledge of all things Pokémon, and is always keeping everyone informed and being the one to help out if you need help. But in a contest, she completely changes. Mystic transforms into a proud, confident Pokémon, rivalling Kimi. She was met by Sandra in Johto, where Mystic sensed that this human didn’t want to battle, and that she did other things, and Mystic decided to join this trainer on her adventure.

Caught on the way to the contest hall, Sparks is hyper active crazy and very random. She is always on the move, and never seems to run out of energy. However, her fast attitude causes her to be slightly careless, sometimes missing vital information leading her into trouble. But she always has a smile on her face and keeps people happy. Sandra had trouble catching and training her, but her cheery smile caught her attention and Sparks has been a good addition to Sandra’s team.
Slowking (Slowpoke > Slowking)

As a slowpoke, Sandra caught him in early in her travels to the Contest hall in Hoenn. She liked its laid back attitude, and decided to keep him out of his poke ball to keep her company, but he didn’t like the exercise and clutched onto her shoulder most of the time. Later in Sinnoh, near a lake full of Shellder, he evolved into a mighty Slowking. It was used to being out side, and prefers to travel with Sandra rather than be in its poke ball. His personality is similar to that of Sandra’s, lazy, takes his time and lets everyone do things for him.

She generally wears her hair up, but in a contest lets it hang loose. Also in a contest, she wears a pretty plain white dress going down the side of one leg, edged in small pink flowers and white average height heels.
Accessories/Other: In general, Sandra’s skin is very pale, and she wears a black bead bracelet on her left hand. She is of average height, and likes to match her Pokemon depending on what she’s wearing.

Personality: Sandra is more the laid-back sort of person. She never rushes, prefers to take her time and think things through carefully. Her emotions are quite stable as well; Sandra never shows any disapproving emotions, and just tries to keep it all in. Most of the time she is calm, takes things slow and very laid back, but she always seems to stand out and tends to take lead. Generally, she is quite a perfectionist and wants to get everything perfect, but her time wasting attitude can some times have disadvantages too.

History: Sandra spent most of her childhood in Sunnyshore with her mother and father, Pokemon Breeders and coordinators, where she gained her very calm and laid back attitude. Her father specialised in water and ice type Pokemon, and Sandra spent most of her time looking after them and developed a likeness to them. In her early years, her father gave her a Mudkip, the off spring of his Swampert, and her mother taught her about Contests. Sandra preferred dressing up her Pokemon and making them look beautiful, and later she decided to become a coordinator like her mother.
