It was a dawn of a new day and a boy with blackish- spiky hair wearing his usual tuxedo with a red tie woke up from his phone call from Professor Birch. Today was the day he was to challenge his next challenger whom had a legendary Pokemon called a Celebi. This young challenger was known to have defeated three of the Elite Four members in a previous tournament and happened to be his rival, Patricia, she was a previous member of Team Aqua with belonde hair and her outfit always varied. She was never one step ahead of Maxie but he still kept a eye out to make sure she wouldn't get that way. Last time when he let himself get carried away in a battle, they ended it in a draw because their final pokemon landed faited on the ground at the same time. Maxie himself helps out Professor Birch with finding legendary pokemon for him to study but half the time he would enter the lab and notice the professor was doing his usual "Fieldwork". That was the chance of 10 out of 10 today and he didn't know where the professor was since he was in Littleroot afterall. His wife said he was at Kanto so he can see Professor Oak so Maxie just decided to wait. But, he had to go to the match with Patricia, so he headed down the road in his car and drove on to Lilycove City. He went to the dock and they took him to a city known for their airports for Evergrande City.
