Hey I finished the Hoenndex in Ruby but what happenes after that?

I went to the Game Designer dude in Lilycove and he gives the diploma to me but then I cant find it anywhere with me and when I talk to him again, he gives it to me again...and again...and again...

And I had a 2 Stars on my Trainer Cardbefore I finished the Hoenndex... but I still have 2 Stars...

Can someone explain this?

You don't get to keep the diploma, the guy just has it and shows it to you when you want to see it. That's all that happens when you complete the Hoenn Dex.

The main site has the answer to your second question:

You do not get a star on your Trainer card for completing the Hoenn Dex. You have the Copper Card now, for beating the E4 and getting 200 Pokemon in your Dex (any, not just Hoenn). You get Silver/Gold by winning 100 battles straight in the Battle Tower and completing all Master Rank contests, respectively.

I think you contradicted yourself...He has the Bronze Card, not the Copper, since he has 2 stars. I think the information there is wrong.

The card with NO stars is the first card, the card you start out with. You then get the Bronze with one star, the Copper with two, etc. (If that's not what you meant, let me know through PM so I can change my post if the info's wrong.)
