Three years ago in a land called Hoenn, there were these creatures called 'pokemon'. These 'pokemon' had mystical powers, such as shooting lighting, controling water, using fire, controling nature, earth, ground. They had mystical telecinetic powers, strong fighting moves, and mysterious dark powers. They were amazing creatures. They could be allies, or enemeis. They could be domestic pets, or wild. They could choose they're own destiney, or so they thought.
A couple of years back a mysterious cloud appeared over Hoenn and all of it's islands.This cloud was a shade of pure brown. The cloud had a mystious effect on Hoenn. Waves crashed against the coast which used to be the mainland. Sootopolis was now gone, covered in the ocean. But Evergrande's waterfall and the water surounding theisnland were now dry. a clash of weather. nowhere was as it was. And not just the weather was strange. The pokemon started to act weird too. The gentlest of them were now attacking people and the toughest ones were now afraid to come out. One day a giant vortex came down from the cloud and started to suck up the pokemon. Not the people the pokemon. The people were somehow unaffected. Since that day the only people that seem to have pokemon are criminals. The pokemon were stealing, hurting humans, and completely MURDERING pokemon. Kanto and Johto were fine. Only Hoenn was effected, but the strange cloud wiped out ALL ways to contact them. Including if you tried to make a new radio signal it still would not work. If you tried to flee to Johto or Kanto then a wall of frozen ice would cove the border, or the boat's motor. People were now afraid of coming out of their houses. They got food from growing gardens on the first floor by digging a hole that reached dirt. And then some unlucky ones had their houses raided. Things were not looking up for Hoenn. They felt like the end was near. Their only hope was gone. The legendaries were even gone. But even still, 5 people decided to stand up for this. Problem was they don't know each other. But one message sent to each city in Hoenn changed that. There were also fake messages sent to some cities to fool the criminals. But the people knew where to meet now.

Apearance: Vince has red hair that cut short. He wears sunglasses to cover his 2 wierd white iris. He wears a gold neckace with a key on the end. He also wears white t-shirt with a pokeball printed as a logo. on the back he has a green back-pack that holds his clothes. He also wears blue jean pants that are not beat up at all. He wears blue shoes. He has one scar over his left eye where a persian slashed his eye. It had no effect on the eye.
History: He once lived in Dewford, back three years ago, but after the weather went insane they hid in the cave. There in the cave they noticed that no pokemon was there but one lone makuhita. The makuhita was not alone though. A pale shady character in black was there was standing behind a stone pillar. The makuhita ran towards Vince and his family and raised his fist ready to throw a mighty punch at them.afraid they ran out of the cave in a dead run. They decided to escape to fortree using the boat that Mr. Briney left to the town of Dewford. Sadly only their family could fit and the water was drastically rising on the small island. They sped towards the mainland and fled away from their fears. When they reached the mainland there was chaos. No pokemon, exept criminal pokemon, was to be found. Petalburg was empty as it was raided by sea-riding villains. They tried to get to run to next city. His brother and sister were lost in the comotion and his father was also lost trying to find them. Vince never saw them again.
Personality: He's kind of sarcastic, even to authority figuires and friends. He has his moments when he's sorta nice. Those moments are rare though. He tries to be serious but some times he can't help but crack a joke about an unrelated if it pops into his mind.
