It has a 10% chance of making you go first.

Correct, the chance of it making you go first is only 10%...

So never use it, 10% is very small, it's very unreliable.
Leftovers is a MUCH better option for a hold item.

No l don't wanna use it but a guy on pkmn.net says it is 25 % .
So l said poeple on serebii.net said it was 10 % and then he said that poeple on Serebii.net are crackheads so l asked it again .

But l think it really is 10 % ,first of all l thought that for a long time and second 3 poeple here said it . :-/

Generally speaking, the only time to use Quick Claw is when you're playing with Item Clause on and you've run out of other options. If you've got something with Leftovers, something with a Choice Band, something with a Salac Berry, and something with a Lum Berry, it's pretty much down to Quick Claw, Brightpowder, maybe Leppa Berry in certain situations (e.g. you're using a 5 PP move while playing against ubers, who usually have Pressure), White Herb in rare situations (Overheat, Curse + Baton Pass combo, paranoia about Intimidate), and... yeah.
