how can i find feebas?

i have the emerald guide but i look for it in the route that it says but y cant seem to find it.

feebas will only show up on one water tile on the whole of route 119 (i think, correct me if i'm wrong everybody) the way to change where it is located it to change the trendy phrase in Dufard(spelled wrong, i know) town. the man outside is the guy to talk to.

Febas is the rarest Pokemon in the game-. You can find it on route 119. I trade it from my friend

uh, Feebas isn't the rarest pokemon in the game. You have a 1/6 chance of guessing the tile right, then you just old rod until you find it.
It's common that way.
Chimecho is the rarest, and yet I found feebas in like 4 minutes and Chimecho in like 8 or 10.

Its found on six random tiles on route 119. And let me tell you, in most cases its a ***** to find.

You can only find it on 6 tiles on the whole route. Super rods are better than old rods because you only have to worry about Carvanha and maybe Feebas. It's easier than running into everything else.
