How can i get pokerus on my pokemon ??

It is a REEEAALLYY low chance to get PokeRus, and if you happen to face a pokemon with it, you need to use a physical move or catch it and spread to other pokemons. And what's the worst, you don't know if the wild pokemon has it or not.

And people RUN away from most of wild pokemons when headed from a city to another.

True...-.- We can't be catching every Pokemon we see, right? Makes no sense...Now I get the idea of how to get Pokerus...-_-

The chance of getting Pokerus is a little better than finding a shiny pokemon. It is possible to get it early, I got mine in Petalburg Woods :) :D

When you receive EVs when battling a pokemon, the EV points you get are raised up, understand now?

Works something like Macho Brace, but doesn't reduce speed. But be careful, if you get it, try to spread it to all pokemons you have because PokeRus can go away, and the pokemon that had it before can never get it again, to be safe, store a pokemon with PokeRus in PC and let it stay there forever.

Don't triple post.

EVs mean Effort Values, 4 EVs = +1 stat, whichever you train up.

There's no exact pokemon which can have it more often than others, but people say that Yanma has it more, which can't be found in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald.

Well, I must be the luckiest guy on serebii forums!(no offense meant for those who HAVE pokerus) Well, I was playing my (FAKE) sapphire version. I remember that I was training my poochyena that time (I was still a rookie) in Granite Cave when I battled no. 41 ;041; .I used 2 howls and then I used a tackle. It fainted. Then, when I took a look at my poochy to check its exp. points, i saw it got this sign, pkrs. I kept on training my other pokemon and they got the pkrs sign, too. I healed them at dewford pokemon centre and instead of nurse joy saying "thnx 4 w8ing. we have healed ur pokemon to full health", she said "ur pokemon seems to be infected with pokerus. It is a rare virus. While the pokemon is infected with pokerus, it seems to grow exceptionally well.".....................................
