By encountering wild pokemons, sometimes the pokemon will have different color with a shine around it but its very rare.

You just have to be very lucky by hatching eggs or walking in the grass etc. there is a probability but i forgotten it, something like 1/8500 (APPROX)

Its possible, but incredibly rare. All shinies are by chance. Completely random. I remember my first shiny of the GBA games was a Pidgey. It was completely random, at Route 1. After so many hours of the game. So don't get you hopes up of finding one whenever you want.....

Don't even think about finding them, you will randomly find one. There's no place that shiny pokemons are more common, don't try searching them because it will take ages and you maybe will never find one. It is just random.
