How close are you to completing the Pokedex?

I finished the Pokedex in both Diamond and Platinum. I'm currently working on filling the Pokedex on Heartgold and so far, I'm almost finished.

i use protien and soothe bells. if you have the money you can get alot of protien and other vitamens. also massages.

Each generation just keeps getting harder and harder to complete, but that's ok, I love the new pokemon : ) I usually just catch the ones I want to use, and besides, I NEVER know when event pokemon come out. (Plus I live like... 100 miles from the nearest gamestop lol )

On Platinum, I have 400 something. There are still many Pokemon I haven't bothered to trade for yet from my other games.

I won't be able to completely finish the dex because I don't have wi-fi, but I want to complete it as much as possible.

I've got a complete dex, Arceus included, on Diamond. I've got a complete dex, minus Arceus, on Platinum. Pearl is used for start-overs, and HG was just for nostalgia. So, everything that matters is completed.

All I need on Pearl is Celebi, and my dex will be complete. Platinum and SoulSilver were just "how many Pokemon can I give a Kirby/Mario-related nickname", so I don't care about completing those.

Too bad that a few weeks later I'll have to do this all over again, plus with another 156 Pokemon!
