How come no one talks about Phoenix Wright

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is arguably the best game on the DS right now. You get to investigate different areas for evidence, use logic to win over the court, and watch deep and exhilirating cases unfold. I know there are alot of blockbuster DS titles covering up this gem (and I'm playing two of them, Animal Crossing and Mario Kart) but if you give this game a shot and let aother game wait I bet you'll have the time of your life. It has 20+ hours of gameplay packed on a little cart and it's really just an amazing game. I do want to be a lawyer as an adult but that doesn't mean I'm biased. I have met multiple people who want to pursue other careers glorifying this game as the best game on the DS. There's little memorization of facts because everything is at hand in the court record and there's alot of comedic cases. This game will be fun for anyone and if you haven't played at least try it out.

It's not out in the UK yet, but since when has that ever stopped me from getting a game?

I heard it only had 5 cases which sort of put me off, but apparently they're really long and you get a lot of play for your pound. I might find a copy after Christmas.

I'm sorry but me and every game review site on the net have to disgree. Advanced Wars: Duel Strike, Animal Crossing: DS, Mario Kart: DS, Kirby Canvas Curse, and Castlevania are all so much better than Phoenix wright. I would like to be a lawyer for a carrer when i'm older so if I wanted a Lawyer sim I'd rather have a serious one that involves real things like custody cases and murders.

I'd like to, but I'd wish there would be more longevity to the game. I heard it can be finished within a few days, a bad thing in my book.

the fact that it has little replay value makes it kinda un-discussable compared to other games... I have it, and it's my second favorite game for the DS =D I beat it, and it was really fun. I even play it again sometimes out of boredom.

There is usually more than one case in each chapter, the chapters are usually pretty long (they'll last you at least 1 hour if you want to suceed in each trial). I would type more but I'm busy playing this and animal crossing (yes I'm 13 and I play animal crossing). Also this game is hilarious, characters have strong emotions (April!) and it is one of the few games (besides rpg's) that allows you to think intelligently.

I'm also 14 and I play AC. AC really isn't a game where people will make fun of you for playing it into your teens like pokemon.

Actually thats so damn true. Everyone was like "Ooooh pokemon lemme play". ; I doubt they would bag on Animal crossing either though.

I really wonder what school you guys go to. If I brought Animal Crossing or Pokemon to school I'd be laughed right out the door. If I brought an ipod or a PSP (I only own an ipod, it's a nano 4GB) I'd get beat up for it. So based on the above statements I decided not to bring any of these games or devices to school or if I do I'd hide them in my book bag. I do listen/play them while on the bus though.
