How did the Japanese get Jirachi

I want to know how the Japanese obtained Jirachi....I'm just insanely curious about it. Their Colo pre-order disc had Celebi...just how did they get Jirachi?

Iirc, they got it as a promotion for the Jirachi movie for buying a ticket and turning the stub in at a participating store.

I have two from that actually. Jirachi was a giveaway whenever you bought a pre-paid ticket and showed it at give away places. They did that again with Mew for the 8th movie.
