    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

how do i change my rank?

Does it simply change if you post a lot of times? of is there a button i am not seeing?

No.
You need to get your post count up. Yours is the beginning trainer bar. 20 posts and that will become boulder trainer. 40 becomes water trainer and so on.
As you get higher in rank, there is a larger difference between each rank. I think there's an FAQ somewhere with all the ranks explained.
