How do I find Exp. Share in Ruby Version?

I can't find it on my ruby. I have one on leafgreen, which was easy, but I don't want to trade a Pokemon holding it.

I think you get it from Presedent at Devon coorporation, because that's where I got mine.

You deliver the letter from the president of Rustboro to Steven in Dedwford. Then go back to Rustboro and talk to the president. He'll give you EXP Share.

Yes, this is correct, with one addition--my guide says you also need to have taken the Devon Goods to Slateport, as well as delivered the letter to Steven, before the president (Mr. Stone in the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro) will give you EXP Share.
