How do I make my files private on Windows?

My brother keeps on going on my computer and deletes some of my work :/

i cant remember where i got it from, but do a google serach for a program called AxCrypt
when its installed, it adds an option to the right-click drop-down menu which, when selected, turns the file/folder into a passowrd protected file or folder. its ideal for restricting access to work documents on a multi-user computer.

1. Save all your work on a seperate portable storage device and keep it hidden somewhere.
2. Logout, password protect your account. Nobody but you can modify anything in your account.
3. Make it hidden and turn on the option "Do not show hidden files and folders" in the Folder Options.

If its windows XP, then any administrator can remove your password and access your files iirc.
