How do I scroll down to read the rest of a letter?

I want to read a letter in my mailox for Pokemon XD and when I scroll down to read the rest it goes to the next letter! What buttons am I supposed to press?

LOL, well some of the letters are sent half finished, especially by Eagun, so its no use trying to read the rest of them because they dont continue!!!!!
