how do u do last puzzel to wake groudon

ppl thank u very much for ur help but i have caught groudon with a great ball with my higheat lvl pkmn aggron at 42 and the rest around level 36 and 38 thank u very much for ur help i hope that u keep helping when the trainers get stuck ps his is my first ever ledgendary caught
