how do u get 2 birth island

i'm in the sevii islands and i want to know how to get DEOXYS.

i have looked at serebii.net, pokemon 2000,and no-ones told me where and/or how to get there.;194; ;194; ;165;

You need to get the Aurora Ticket, which was only given out at some Nintendo Events. So unless you know someone who got that ticket and has Deoxys and is willing to trade.. you're pretty much out of luck =/
