How do you befreind Deoxys

You have to beat the deoxys mirage on each of the first 19 floors then get to the stairs of that floor.
Hold x ray specs and switch to freind bow once on the 20th floor. You other 2 items should be 1 huge apple and 1 reviver seed.
once you get to the 20th floor the real deoxys will be there and is much harder to beat than the mirages.
It has a -10% chance of recruitment which can be boosted up to 24% if you are holding friend bow (10% up) and your level is 90-100 (24% up) which makes it:
-10%
+10% friend bow
+ 24% level
= 24% is the highest chance you will have for deoxys so it will probably take a while. ;123;
Oh and you dont need its friend area it will give it to you if it wants to join the team.

I got it on the second try. Just wait until it comes up to you. It has 950 HP if that helps.
