How do you change Battle Modes in MPH?

How do you change Battle Modes in MPH? I got the game yesterday and I could only play the normal mode. How do I change it?

On random seach you can only use the default settings. You may only change the settings when you host a friends & rivals game.

He's right, you know. I have now done Expert Mode.

I reemember making a thread about this a long time ago.

I know it's sad only being able to do Battle Mode over and over, but you still get all the others in a hosted match like Strike! said. But you only get to change the modes if you're the one hosting.
