What is your most effective way to deal with stress?
Sometimes, verbally lashing out at someone calms you down and makes you feel better, so I understand this.I don’t. I let it build up until it takes over and I verbally lash out or I hide myself in my own little world and let that deal with it. Neither way is healthy but to be honest I am not capable of dealing with it well
Taking a walk & playing music/video games helps. Isolating for a bit in general is when I’m most at peace.
