How do you cope with stress?

I crush it all down into a tiny ball inside. I'm not sure what happens to it after that. Maybe it turns into illness?

I found cool local therapist, he heped me to cope with stress and get rid of anxiety. Also you can read an article about self psychology https://www.australiacounselling.com.au/self-psychology/.This approach can be very effective when dealing with a neurotic anxious patient. it was developed primarily as a tool for treating people with personality disorders, but it is also very useful for treating a complex post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.

I suffer alot from anxiety/panic attacks... try to get lost in a hobby be it music, talking to someone who you confide in, and something a teacher showed me was autogenic training with is a relaxation technique that allows you to have your body feel heavy & relaxed!

I have my own effective method. Gambling is a great stress reliever and can also be a lot of fun. So if you want a break from the stresses of life, why not play at an online casino? Numerous medical studies show that regular controlled gambling is an effective anti-stress activity that reduces stress levels and increases comfort levels.

With distractions. Music mostly but also video games and television. I'm not that much of a tense person anyway so stress for me is manageable.

I play video games mainly Animal Crossing New Horizons because its my most comfort game to help me getaway from all the negativity in the world.

I don't get stressed a lot. I tend to forget about it quickly so i don't say anything wrong.
But bosses in games like Pinstripe in Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled. (He spams a infinite ammount of 3 or 4 rolling bowling bombs with lethal timing and accuracy if you're not in 1st place)

The way the car shakes from it or falls off the map (which has few rails) can give the opponent a big lead and force restart the race.

Ripping my hair out. It's not a healthy habit, I but that's how I cope, I guess.

Taking a walk & playing music/video games helps. Isolating for a bit in general is when I’m most at peace.

Reading. Lots and lots of reading. I like to read by default but it also helps to relax me. If I owned a pool, swimming would be my go-to.

I don’t. I let it build up until it takes over and I verbally lash out or I hide myself in my own little world and let that deal with it. Neither way is healthy but to be honest I am not capable of dealing with it well

Sometimes, verbally lashing out at someone calms you down and makes you feel better, so I understand this.

Same here. Sometimes reading or doing some word searches or watching a movie or a tv show helps too.
