How do you get espeon and umbreon in leafgreen

Since there is no day or night how do you do it. THe only way i know how to get them is from pkmn colluseum.

You raise their happiness and check with Gary's sister to see if the Eevee's happiness is to the MAX! Then, you trade it to R/S/E at the time of day you want.

26. Q: Why won’t my Eevee evolve into Umbreon/Espeon?
A: Since there is no clock in FR/LG, Eevee can not evolve into these Pokemon. Eevee needs to be in R/S/E and have max happiness in order to evolve, into Umbreon in the AM and Espeon in the PM.
