Mew is currently unobtainable (as far as I know. I've been out of the loop for a bit.) in any game. While it is in Emerald and fully able to catch, there's no way of getting to Faraway Island yet. Once we're given the Old Sea Map, we'll be able to take the ferry from Lilycove or Slateport to Faraway Island and find and catch Mew.

After that, you just trade to whatever game you want.

For now, the only method of doing it is with one of those stupid devices that lets you take all the fun out of the game 8D​

You need the old sea map(avalable through events) or you could use a gameshark or action replay code(at your own risk)
