In FireRed and LeafGreen, is there any way to get a Milotic? I have a Feebas there, and I know that Feebas will only evolve if it has maxed out beauty and that there are no pokéblocks in FR/LG, so I guess the only option is to trade to R/S/E, but does anyone know if there is any other way?

There are berries in FRLG, but there is no pokeblock nor machines to make it on there, so you have to either trade a maxed beauty feebas to it and level it up, or trade a milotic over. Nothing else to do.

Beautifulness isn't measured in FR/LG, so I think that if you have a max beauty Feebas and raise it a level, it won't evolve.

If I remember correctly, someone did had a Feebass with a maxed out beauty in FR/LG and it evolved.
Maybe you should try it yourself.

If it already has maxed out beauty and is sent it will evolve. If it doesn't, then send it back to R/S/E so it can evolve in LG/FR, although if you are going to send it back you might as well evolve it there and then send it back, but either way it will evolve.

If I remember correctly fr/lg does store cotest stat data,otherwise your contest stat changes would be gone if you traded to fr/lg and your pokémon would have no contest stat changes when traded back.Also I remember reading somewhere that a maxed beauty feebas does evolve in milotic on fr/lg.
