How do you get the sapphire plate!!??

I've done this before but i can't get it this time, and i've already been to team rocket's warehouse and done that, and the guy that supposed to give it to me just says to leave him be!!! please help!! :(

I've done all of that though, and there isn't a sapphire in the machine and its not in my bag either :( is something wrong with it?

Did you use a cheat code to get all Pokemon on the Pokedex? If so then you're completely screwed and you have to start over.

Anytime. Just make sure to do a Factory Reset. I'm sure its on of the FAQs somewhere....
Doing a Factory Reset will prevent any other glitches from happening to your soon to be new saved file. Also save your AR for something useful. Like getting the Mystic and Aurora Tickets.

I think this could be closed now.

Once you use a cetain cheating code, the game gets way to ahead of itself and you can complete certain parts of the plot. Just start over to remede this.
