how do you get to 4 island?

i'm at 3 island and i don't know how to get to 4 island?:172bros:

Have you beaten the Elite 4 yet? if you havent then you cant, but if you have..You'll need the National Dex after you have that then go talk to the Celio in the pokemon center on Island 1. Go and get the ruby and give it to him. You need the National Dex as well. Then he'll give you the Rainbow pass which gives you access to all the other islands.
