how do you make the framearound a sprite so small?

when your making mixes/revamps ect. the frame/background,whatever you want to callit is mostly small,how do you make it small?

Don't bump and dp. Someone will come at some time.
It's good and there is no need to recolor. You could do without the tail thow.

Don't doulbe post and this thread is pretty much spam.
But if you are useing paint, go to the end of the white box you are useing and then there should be a grey tiny box.(Bottom right corner)
Then you just drag it up to your picture to make the box small.
