How do you make trainer cards? -Likely Have Skills-

As you can see in my signature, I have quite decent photoshop skills. What I want to make are those adoring trainer cards. Could anyone PM me or explain here exactly how to make a trainer card? I want to make one for myself and others when I am experienced. I would appreciate the time you would put into a guide OR if there is already a guide for linking me ^^.
