How do you organize the Pokemon in your boxes?

I put them in boxes according to type. Legends have their own box too.

I divide mine by levels and puts all of my legendaries all in one box.

I organize the cute Pokemon, and give them their own box. Legendaries get their own box, and so do strong Pokemon. Finally, all the Pokemon I don't likw go into their box titled "Uglies".

I just put them there. There's no order or anything, they're just there. I'm too lazy to organise them.

I just use a 'Fave Box' with the Pokemon I use or like, a 'Reject Box' with Castform and baby Pokemon with Natures I don't like, and all the other boxes have the Pokemon I'll never carry with me unless I need to evolve them. =O

Er...kinda classified in the way the FR/LG Pokedex is, but I keep all of the legendaries, some of my lv 50-70s, and some of my lv 100s into their own boxes.

well, the way I organize them varies from game to game...

usually, I would change the box settings so that every background is used, then name the Box to the type of background it is.

Then I would organize pokemon into whatever background they fit in, with my main team, HM slaves and other important pokemon in the Pokecenter box.

I may also have boxes for breeding pokemon, or pokemon I have bred, or a favourites box, or if I'm lucky enough, a shiny box for shiny pokemon.

Mwar, I -try- to organise but it just doesn't work, me too lazy XD so mine boxes be random [although if, say, I'm training Pokémon besides the main team, I'll stick them in a box of their own]. I used to have a box set aside as a Pokérus quarantine when I thought it was bad. Got it twice on that Silver cartridge...once I learned what it was I never got it again >.=.>

In National Dex order, with a box at the end for shinies and Spinda patterns that I like.

I have one Pokemon from each evolution line, all in Pokedex order.

If I have more than one of the Pokemon, the spare one goes in one of the later boxes.

Firstly, I have my boxes of Sneasels, in alphabetical. Cause they own. *squee*

Then afterwards it's all my nicknamed Pokemon, again in alphabetical order. After that it's all my unnicknamed Pokemon, yet again in alphabetical order. It's the Virgo in me. ;D

I sort them by colour. If the pokemon is more than 1 colour, I judge on which colour there is more of and put it in the right box.

I know, I have too much time on my hands.

Why organize them? I just keep a box or two with my strongest pokemon/pokemon with perfect IVs/shinies, and shove the rest in the remaining boxes.

I organize them by level. Level 100s get their own box, as well as Eggs and Shinies.

I usually organize my Pokemon by nature. I'll have one box full of Pokemon whose nature's increase the Attack stat, another with Pokemon whose nature's increase the Defence stat and so on.

In XD, I do the same thing, except I have one box full of Shadows that I haven't purified, since I'm too lazy to use the Purification Chamber. X3
