Like the title says, how do you choose to keep everything organized?
Mine:
Boxes 1-11: Uber, OU1, OU2, BL, UU1, UU2, NU1, NU2, NU3, NU4, NU5
Box 12: Synchros
Box 13: Dittos
Box 14: Recycle (for Pokemon to be released into the wild)
Box 15: Superior (Pokemon rated Superior by the IV Judge)
Box 16: Outstand. (Pokemon rated Outstanding)
Box 17: Unowns (all 28 flavors, for seal purposes).
Box 18: Unused, nothing special. Usually full of spillover.
14, 15, and 16 are all for breeding projects while sorting through massive piles of eggs. I hate throwing out Pokemon with respectable IVs just because they're not perfect, so I save any above 121 (it's an average IV value of 20).
I've got a lot of friends who sort by type as well.
So how are your boxes organized?
