I realize thsi sounds like a huge noob question, but guess what, Im still kinda newbish, but thats ok.

Anyway, Ive got like 25 or so people ready for me to battle them again in their various locations, but anytime I go and find these people, I go up to hem, talk to them, and they just say the same normal borign thing they said after I beat them the first time. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to do soemthing else to get them to fight me again?

Also, how long will it take before the gym leaders are ready to battle again?

Yes, im only talking about the ones with the pokeball symbol next to the names. But I go up and talk to them, and they still just say the same old thing. Any ideas?
