How does Charizards learn Heat Wave in FR?

The pokedex says he can learn it but it doesnt give a certain level and it doesn't say that charmender or charmeleon can learn it.

You have to take your charizard to the mushroom guy on 2 island, trade him the mushrooms and choose charizard, it should have heat wave listed

In correrct. When you breed there's a chance that moves are passed down from breeding. Did you ever hear of Chain Breeding, or the basics of breeding in general.

Sorry, but I think you should go and read about chain breeding and even better, the basics of breeding in general.

A move will only be passed down by a hatching Pokémon if:
1) It learns it by level up and both parents know it.
2) It's a TM/HM this Pokémon can learn normally and the father knows it.
3) It's a possible egg move for this Pokémon and the father knows it.

Heat Wave is not learnt by Charmander as a level up move, it isn't a TM/HM move and it isn't an egg move for Charmander.

Charmander CANNOT learn Heat Wave through breeding, or any other way.

Dark Dragonite gave the correct answer by the way, so for all those thinking of regurgitating it; DON'T.

Just a thought, but what if you bred a female Charizard that knew heat Wave and a male Torkoal that knew Heat Wave. Would the Charmander know it when it was hatched?

No. Charmander doesn't learn it by level up.

Two parents will only pass the move down if the offspring learns it by leveling up.

My Charizard knows Heat Wave, just go to island 2, enter the move tutor's house and give him 1 big mushroom or two small mushrooms and he will give you a list of moves to teach your charizard if you have it in your party, delete a move and teach it heat wave.It's not hard.

No you didn't.
You posted the correct answer (which had already been posted) but did not correct your false statement. So I don't see how you "corrected yourself long before I posted".
To sum up the post in question, you suggested an alternate option to get Heat Wave on Charizard and said the other way worked for Growlithe. You did NOT say the incorrect option didn't work.
SuperShadow went on to say that the false information was correct, so I pointed out it wasn't.
Since then you've been posting rubbish for a lack of a better word.
