Do you have any idea how video games are made?

They aren't made by 1-2 people. The original creator of Pokemon, Satoshi Tajiri, hasn't been directly involved in making the games since Gen II.

Even if a wormhole swallowed the entire office building Game Freak is located in, Nintendo would either make it entirely in-house or farm it out to another 2nd or 3rd party developer.
