How long did you take to complete your game?

Hey! This is my first EVER thread, and I just generally want to know wether I spent far too long on my game, before I completed it.
I bought leaf green, and my friend told me what pokemon to start off with, (squirtly) and now it is a blastoise, but that doesnt matter.
What does matter is that I completed the game in 25 hours. Please tell me wether I spent far too long on it, because on "non-game time" it was just 2 days... LOL!

That time is OK. It'd be the average.

I usually take around 20 hours in non-sweepthrough mode. And 10 hours or less in sweepthrough mode (As in, Train-Your-Starter-'Till-The-End and such.). And around 25 hours to complete the game at full. At least in regards of FR/LG. But my times are similar in most other Pokémon games. =o

Sweeping through...about 10 hours.

Taking my time...up to 30.

I can't sweep through completely. There are just some things I hate to do - some items and trainers I can't miss. I'm like that, I can't just completely ignore something.

ok it took me about 20 hours to get all badges and beat the elite 4 (this was in sapphire) but it took me 47 hours to get all the availiable pokemon in the game.

I defeated the Elite Four on Ruby/Sapphire for the VERY first time after 45 hours according to my trainer card. I like taking my time, yepyep. That's about three years ago, I think, and since then I've been playing my main Ruby game for over 700 hours, defeating the Elite Four nearly 950 times.

Whoa, I'm more obsessed than I thought. o_O

In my first firered 28 hours to beat the whole thing with lv 100s and 11 to beat the e4. In emerald I beat it in 48 hours with lv 100s since there was no V thing and I'm still working on the frontier. In leaf green 2 i have 5 hours with lv 50's but I traded all my pokemon to emerald to train.

wow, thats one pointless post.

imo completing the game is catching every single Pokemon, finishing the BF and having a decent competitive team.
