how long you guys been playing

ive been playing for 135 hours and not once seen a shiny pokemon and only got 1 pokemon to lv 100 thts my blaziken
i was wounderin if there was anything tht can help me find more shinys more often then i have been

Just be lucky.

I've got somewhere around 900 hours total on my games and I've seen only one shiny during that whole time. Some haven't seen any with more time than that!

I never saw a shiny. Not in Gold, not in Crystal, and not in Emerald. Unless you count the red Gyrados.

It would of been 400 if I didn't buy Green and played that.

I have 450+ hrs, my team in my sig are in the high 80's, my brother also has his team at all diferent lvls. I have 1 shiney thats a taillow, with pokerus. I got that early. Now i have also Rayquaza and kyogre at lvl 100. I am not lieing when I say I have over 20 pokemon at lvl 50+. It took me forever to get my team.

i've had a shiny gyarados (the red one) adn a shiny drowzee.

My team is horrible with my highest at 98 and my lowest at 58.

No catchable shining (The only one I saw was in Pyramid), no mirage island, no Prus, no other people´s secret bases, no nothing!

Just 7 gold simbols

Looking at my trainer card, you´ll see FRONTIER SYMBOLS. I think this answers your question.

50 Hours on my last Emerald Save.
220 Hours on Emerald.
250 Hours on my last Fire Red Save.
30 Hours on my Fire Red.
Thats 550 Hours. And no shinys.

well over 1000 hours for all my games together. my highest, sapphire (had since the day it came out) is 834 hours thanks to having left it on overnight by accident, then saving because i didn't want to lose what i'd done. it'd probably be around 750 if it weren't for that. 7 shinies on that file: one i caught (shuppet), one i hatched (treecko), and the other 5 traded for (crobat, pidgeot, spinda, metagross, and a level 100, EV trained, adamant, shiny heracross)

218 on my emerald, which hasn't yet seen a shiny, but someone traded their shiny zigzagoon into it.

i've also had other games, and other saves. about 50 hours each, and i've had 5. only other shiny i've seen was a shiny natu in the safari zone, but it ran. >.<

Here's the funny thing.
I happen to see a Shiny Pokémon approxamately every 110 hours on any one of my games. It makes no sense, yet it happens every time.
I've got a Manectric and Duskull who are Shiny. I've also seen a Shiny Feraligatr in the Battle Factory. Sadly, I can't have it.

I understand...I woke up last week and thought "What is that light?!" I realized it was my SP on and waiting for me to finish a battle. LOL!
